Shipping and Lead Times

 

Shipping

All CargoKits Products are shipped via LTL Carriers.  The typical process for shipping is once the carrier has your shipment at your local terminal you will be contacted to arrange a delivery appointment.  Make sure you will be there to inspect the shipment prior to signing for the delivery.  Please take your time to inspect the package thoroughly and note any damage on the freight bill prior to signing, and make sure to have picture of the damage and the noted freight paperwork.  If the damage seems catastrophic please refuse the delivery.  

If there is any problems with your products please contact us directly so we can get to work on your behalf.  While damage is rare it is critical to inspect and note everything.  Once you have signed for a delivery it is very difficult to file a claim later.

 

Lead Times

Here at CargoKits we build all order at the time they are placed.  We do stock all components to go into the build, but the final assembly is built to order.  We typically can ship all items within 4 weeks from the time of purchase, but delays associated with raw materials and high order volume can occasionally extend lead times.
