Lead Times

Here at CargoKits we build all order at the time they are placed with the hand built craftsmanship all of our products deserve. We typically can ship all items within 4 weeks from the time of purchase, but delays associated with raw materials and high order volume can occasionally extend lead times. If you have a deadline and want a more exact estimate please send us an email or give us a call, and we will be glad to help.

Shipping

All CargoKits Products are shipped via LTL Carriers. CargoKits is not responsible for damage associated with transportation. Make sure you inspect the shipment prior to signing for the delivery.  Please take your time to inspect the package thoroughly and note any damage to packaging on the freight bill prior to signing. Make sure to have picture of the damage and the noted freight paperwork.  If the damage seems catastrophic please refuse the delivery.

The typical process for shipping is once the carrier has your shipment at your local terminal you will be contacted to arrange a delivery appointment. When the delivery arrives you will thoroughly inspect the packaging, and bringing any concerns up to the driver so he can note that on the freight bill.  We recommend opening the packaging immediately after signing for package, and doing a detailed inspection.

If there is any problems with your delivery please contact us immediately (info@campcargokits.com) so we can get to work on your behalf.  While damage is rare it is critical to inspect and note everything.  Once you have signed for a delivery as damage free it is virtually impossible to file a claim later.
